Examples
Bob has an agreed hourly rate of $25, with Topup to agreed hourly rate enabled. If Bob did not have this enabled, Bob’s top-up rate would fall back to the legal minimum wage of that pay period.
Bob works on five 8-hour contract jobs over one week, and his average hourly rate works out to be $16/$23.10 per hour. Because this is under the legal minimum wagehis top-up rate, he needs a top-up of $2$1.90 to reach an average contract hourly rate of $18$25.90/00 per hour.
