How to convert a block sheet so it's ready to upload to a location
Instructions
1. Copy/download file C.O.W Block-Sheet-Template.xlsx
2. Enter block details:
| Client | Ensure matches C.O.W |
| Costing Code | Optional - Overwrites Location and Client costing codes |
| Vineyard | Ensure matches C.O.W |
| RAPID No. | Optional |
| Block name | Appropriate for Field employees to understand/reference |
| Block code | Ensure matches C.O.W eg. ClientID-LocationID-BlockID |
| Block size (ha) | Optional |
| Variety | Optional |
| Total plants | =SUM of plant column |
| Total dead plants | =SUM of dead plants column |
3. Enter block data:
- Copy across row numbers
- Copy across plant numbers
- Copy across dead plant numbers (if available)
4. Check block data
- Are calculations are correct?
- Are there additional spaces before or in between numbers?
- Are there blanks instead of numbers? If 0 plants ensure 0 is entered, if no row number, why not?
5. Save with filename to match block code above eg. eg. ClientID-LocationID-BlockID
