Solution
If it looks like your crew hasn’t updated (maybe someone is still there that shouldn’t be or the new guy is missing), try the following:
If that doesn’t work, logout and login again.

Open the menu and select ‘reload data’—this will load the download options; choose the clients and/or locations you require
If the data is still incorrect, call your office administrator—they may need to check your permission settings

Make sure your crew employees have been assigned to the correct Crew crew leader/supervisor . Make sure anyone who should no longer be in your crew has been removed or marked as inactive. and are active |
