3. Enter block data:
- Copy across row numbers
- Copy across plant numbers
- Copy across dead plant numbers (if available)
4. Check block data
- Are calculations are correct?
- Are there additional spaces before or in between numbers?
- Are there blanks instead of numbers? If 0 plants ensure 0 is entered, if no row number, why not?

- Match template Text style, size, alignment etc
- Delete excess rows and columns To prevent issues when printing
...
5. Save with filename to match block code above eg. eg. ClientID-LocationID-BlockID
