Before you can log in your employee profile must be set up in the Tātou Office App, and a password must be created.

Logging in with an Activation Email?

If your email is included in your employee profile, your Tātou Admin or Manager can send an Activation Email with your username and a link to set your password.

These will be used to log in to Tātou Field App, and Tātou Office App.

Warning

For security reasons the “Set your password” links have a short expiry timeframe.

To avoid errors, follow the “Set your password” link as soon as possible.


Password Set in the Office App?

User passwords can be created or changed in the Tātou Office App.

Employee Profile → LOGIN AND PERMISSIONS

If you do not have an email on file, or would prefer to set the password in the Tātou Office App, coordinate with your Tātou Admin or Manager to create or change your password.

Passwords must be 8+ characters and include at least one:

  • lowercase letter (a),

  • uppercase letter (A),

  • number (1) and

  • symbol (#)

Warning

Permissions Error: If a user cannot login after setting their password, check that the Permission Group assigned in their employee profile allow for access to the Field App
