The Jobs Screen is the landing screen for the Tātou Field App, and plays a critical role in the use of the Tātou Field App.

Key Features:

Jobs Records: Displays all Jobs started, saved, and synced by the user.

Job Status: Jobs can have three different status icons:

Local.pngImage Modified → Jobs created without wifi or data available, saved on your device only.

Saved.pngImage Modified → Jobs created with wifi or data available, saved in Tātou Office App.

Synced.PNGImage Modified → Completed jobs, synced and saved in Tātou Office App.

Manage Attendance: Reminder button for Crew Leaders to take attendance before starting work for the day.

View Button: Clicking the VIEW button → View.PNGImage Modified ← to review the Job Summary.

Start Job:Plus button.pngImage Modified ← button

The Job Summary is where Users can start CARRYOVER Jobs on Jobs using Assign Rows Tracking

Warning

Synced JobsSynced.PNG ← CANNOT be edited in Tātou Field App, and any changes made in the Tātou Office App, do not change Job information as it appears in the Field App.

Saved JobsSaved.png ← will appear in Tātou Office App as In Progress. These can only be synced or deleted from Tātou Field App.
