Solution
If you know people are missing from your crew you can try either:
- Restart the app
- Logout then login again
...
Open the menu and select ‘reload data’—this will load the download options; choose the clients and/or locations you require
If the data is still incorrect, call your office administrator—they may need to check your permission settings
