  • Planning: Schedule Tasks ahead of time and assign them only as needed by changing the status from Draft → To-do

  • Add Scheduled Tasks: Select to create a new Scheduled Task

Tip

Pro Tip: If you’re creating just a few scheduled tasks with the same Client, location, block, crew, etc., select “Save as Copy” in the Edit pop-up to save a copy, and you can quickly edit the copy to change the Task, Crew, or Block and skip starting from scratch
