Key Features:
Date Range Filter: This filter is auto populated for 14 days including Today, but can be changed to view any period of time.

Grouped By: The default grouping is set to Location, however data reported can be grouped by any single item, a combination, or all of the grouping categories. Grouping includes: Client, Location, Block, Variety, Task, Employee, Group, and or Week.

Pro Tip: The order grouping items are selected determines the reporting order. However, one box always has to be selected, so in order to change the top level sorting, you may have to select that type, then deselect another one. |

Value Reporting: Summarises Total Units, Total Hours, Units Per Hour, Cost Per Hour, and Average Base Hourly Rate, and Total Cost. These values trickle down to report values by the grouping structure selected.

Tātou Terminology Review:
Base Hourly Rate: This is what a worker earns before any top ups or additional costs
hourly rate tasks = hourly rate
contract rate tasks = units complete x unit rate
performance bonus = hourly rate
Base Cost: This is calculated by multiplying the Base Hourly Rate by the Hours worked
Total Cost: This calculated by adding the Base Cost, Top ups, additional cost value, paid rest breaks, etc.
