How to add a new client to Tātou office app.

Instructions

  1. Login to the Office app.

  2. Select Admin /> Clients from the top menu.

  3. Search client, are client—are they already in the system?

    1. No - Select : select add a client

    2. Yes - Select : select edit and update client info

  4. Ensure you have the mandatory client information:

    • Name

    • Address

    • Town/City

    • Region

    • Country

    • Costing Code - Custom : custom codes can be added but ensure fixed divisional codes are used where appropriate.

    • Client ID - Custom : custom to client consisting of 2-4 letters eg Yealands Estate Ltd > YL

  5. Ensure you have the mandatory Location location information:

    • Name

    • Address

    • Town/City

    • Region

    • Country

  6. Ensure the block sheets have been converted and formatted in Excel (xlsx)

    • Add new - : Select upload blocks button

    • Replace current - Select : select circular upload icon on the current listing

    • Download current - Select : select circular download icon on the current listing

Each job can only have one costing code.
