Timesheet Dump

Timesheets ordered by date with Job ID and Job notes listed alongside. Includes all data tracked including Costing Codes.

Duplicates tab: Any overlapping time tracked is listed here, jump to the job to check the notes or speak to the Field app user—no one can be in two places at once!

Timesheet by Employees

Timesheets grouped by employees, individuals, groups or crew leaders and ordered by time and date. Calculates Paid Rest Break by Percentage based or Threshold. Calculates Top Ups for those not achieving the minimum hourly rate. Tally's data such as total days worked, payment total before tax etc. Includes all active employees to review anyone with zero hours tracked.

Employee Inventory

Lists all employees tracked any time on any job within the selected date range. Lists Role, Contract Type, Season, Recruitment Type and Nationality. Perfect for reporting to INZ.

Rates report

Lists all jobs tracked by crews during your selected dates. Compare units, rates, and job cost.

Looking for job notes?

Job notes are comments made in the field or office. Block notes are generated by Tātou based on the rows tracked, they can also include user comments.
