How to add a new client to Cow office app
Instructions
- Login to the Office app
- Select Admin/Clients from the top menu
- Search client, are they already in the system?
- No - Select add a client
- Yes - Select edit and update client info
- Ensure you have the mandatory client information
- Name
- Address
- Town/City
- Region
- Country
- Costing Code - Custom codes can be added but ensure fixed divisional codes are used where appropriate
- Client ID - Custom to client consisting of 2-4 letters eg Yealands Estate Ltd > YL
- Ensure you have the mandatory Location information
- Name
- Address
- Town/City
- Region
- Country
- Ensure the block sheets have been converted and formatted in Excel (xlsx)
- Add new - Select upload blocks button
- Replace current - Select circular upload icon on current listing
- Download current Select circular download icon on current listing
