Scheduled tasks are a great way to plan your workload, track progress and give your employees a shortcut to ‘start a job’. This can ensure the correct task, location, block etc codes are used.

Login to the Field app

Scheduled tasks are available on mobile and tablet devices, for individuals and users with crew leader access.

  1. Download Tātou Field app from Google Play or Apple Store.

  2. Login to the Field app

  3. Open up the menu using the 3 dots in the top right corner and tap on ‘Scheduled tasks’

If a scheduled task has been assigned to you there will be a red badge with the quantity e.g. (3)

Start a scheduled task

Any scheduled tasks assigned to you or a team you’re a member of will be listed here.

  1. To start a scheduled task, tap the ‘play’ button

    • If tracking simple summary, carryover progress by continually ‘playing’ the job until complete

    • If tracking assign rows, carryover your progress on the job

  2. Start job as usual, continue tracking attendance, progress, pricing etc and sync job

  3. To mark a scheduled task done, tap the ‘tick’ button

Other features:

  • Search for tasks

  • Overdue dates are highlighted red

  • Progress is shared, even if another team member has tracked progress

Once marked ‘done’ a scheduled task will be removed from your schedule.
