Tātou Office has several dashboard views to help you visualise operational metrics, highlight employee performance , and alert managers and admin to issues that may need addressed.

Login to the Office app, then click on Dashboard to navigate between different views:

Dashboard > Overview

The Overview dashboard is a broad picture view of your operation with several metrics intended to help Office app users identify process completion and highlights actions that may require attention (i.e. expired passport details, unmatched Kiosk scans, etc.)

Key Features:

  • Expiration Alerts

Overview is essentially the home screen when you log in to the Office app, and a great place to start when reviewing what actions need taken in the Office app

Dashboard > Organisation

Designed to summarise costs, hours, and unit completion across your organisation.

Great for monitoring total job cost, as well as hours and units worked for a given period of time

Dashboard > Performance

Reporting on employee performance, this view highlights hourly rates paid, units worked, and identifies both the top and bottom performers on your teams.

Great for keeping an eye on contract and performance based work, and monitoring who on your crews may need a bit of support to reach performance goals.

Dashboard > Productivity

Designed to help managers monitor crew productivity across all of your locations. This dashboard can help your management team ensure actual productivity matches expectations to keep on track with your work plans.
