The Overview dashboard is the landing page of the Tātou Office App. Providing a broad picture view of your operation with several metrics intended to help users identify process completion and highlight actions that may require attention (i.e. expired passport details, unmatched Kiosk scans, etc.)
Key Features:
Date Range Filter: This filter is auto populated for 7 days including Today, but can be changed to view any period of time.
If you’re using the Overview Dashboard to identify late jobs, duplicate timesheets, incomplete kiosk scans, etc., make sure the date range is filtered for the correct period of time so these dashboard features are highlighting all relevant issues.
Jobs Reporting: Summary of Jobs and their current status. Late Jobs are highlighted when a Job is submitted AFTER the Pay Period End Date.
Pro Tip: Clicking on “Late Jobs” will redirect you to the All Jobs Page filtered to same date range as the dashboard and Jobs with a “Late” flag associated.
