  • Employee Status: Employee’s can be set to ACTIVE or INACTIVE status. Employees with:

    • ACTIVE Status: Are visible to Field App Users, can be added to Jobs, have time tracked, and depending on Permissions, can access Tātou Office App and/or Field App.

    • INACTIVE Status: When an employee leaves your company changing their status to INACTIVE removes their access to the app, and they will no longer be able to be assigned to new Jobs /Timesheetsand Timesheets.

Note

Before adding “New” Employees check that a profile has not already been created and set to INACTIVE. You can Export a full list of employees from the Report Menu → Exports Page that lists ALL employees and their status.

Info

Timesheets for INACTIVE Employees will still be visible and pull through for Payroll reporting if there was time tracked for them.
