Employee Status: Employee’s can be set to ACTIVE or INACTIVE status. Employees with:
ACTIVE Status: Are visible to Field App Users, can be added to Jobs, have time tracked, and depending on Permissions, can access Tātou Office App and/or Field App.
INACTIVE Status: When an employee leaves your company changing their status to INACTIVE removes their access to the app, and they will no longer be able to be assigned to new Jobs /Timesheetsand Timesheets.

Before adding “New” Employees check that a profile has not already been created and set to INACTIVE. You can Export a full list of employees from the Report Menu → Exports Page that lists ALL employees and their status. |
