Scheduled tasks are essential for planning and overseeing work. They help organisations schedule, communicate, and monitor the progress of tasks.

Getting started

Can I assign multiple people the same scheduled task?

Yes, however, once the status is ‘done’ the task will be hidden from the Field app.

What happens if a scheduled task is overdue?

Plans don’t always work out, if the due date has passed it will simply be highlighted red.

Can I hide scheduled tasks from employees?

Yes, switch the status to ‘draft’ and when ready to share update to ‘to-do’.

Can I duplicate a scheduled task?

Yes, click edit on the original scheduled task > make changes > check the box ‘save as copy’ and save
