Pro Tip - use the Column Filter.png icon to add or remove columns from view on this page

Key Features:

  • Bulk Import Client Information: Using templates provided, or a Client Export, Users can use the “Import” button → import button.png ← to add new information or update existing information on your organisations:

Clients →

Locations →

Blocks →

Rows

When Bulk Importing Client Information you can either “SKIP EXISTING ROWS” or “UPDATE EXISTING ROWS” depending on what information you are uploading.

Be extremely careful with formatting of files before upload - if numbers are used for names of Blocks or Rows unintentional decimal places in the upload file may cause duplicates to occur.

Not all Columns are required to be filled out in the upload template, but if required fields are missing the data will not be uploaded. Review Bulk importing Clients, Locations, Blocks & Rows for detailed information on what columns require data.

  • Edit Client Information: Clicking the Green Arrow.png will open the Clients Page where users can edit Client Information and displays a list of all Locations for that Client.

  • Client Status: Client’s can be set to ACTIVE or INACTIVE status. This feature allows users to remove Clients from view within the system either temporarily or indefinitely.

  • Client Access: Contractors can allow restricted access to their Clients, which allows Contractors to Review and Approve Jobs and Invoices. When Clients have been granted access a Client Access Shield.png icon will appear by the Client name to show they have access.
