For Tātou users tracking contract work, the Employee Performance Dashboard visualises and summarises staff performance, so managers can quickly review relevant metrics by: group, rate type, and task.
Key Features:
Date Range Filter: This filter is auto populated for 14 days including Today, but can be changed to view any period of time.
If you’ve navigated to this dashboard after filtering the date range on one of the other Dashboard views, the date range from the previous page will carry through.
Filters: Reporting can be filtered by Group, Rate Type, and Task to help managers drill into details.
Pro Tip: If you’d like to use this tool to compare different crews, creating Groups for each of the crews will allow you to quickly review performance by crew.
Average Summaries: Reports overall Average Hourly Rate, Cost Per Unit, and Total Units Complete
Highest & Lowest Performers: Based on Average Hourly Rate, these rankings are intended to highlight performance of workers when working on contract, group contract, performance, or group performance tasks.
