Both devices can be used to track work for individuals or crews, and Jobs will be visible on both if a users has both.
Tablets provide a larger screen and are the recommended option for operations tracking jobs for larger crews and assigning rows.
While the Mobile App version is tailored more to individual workers, and has some features intended to simplify usage for individual users.
