Report uses

  • Compare unit rates across a task: is everyone charging a fair rate?

  • Compare unit rates across a task and client: are all their blocks being charged the same rate?

  • Review average hourly rates: are employees earning enough?

  • Compare average hourly rate across a task: are those on Contract earning more or less than those on Hourly?

Data excludes holiday pay, paid rest breaks and top-ups.

Comments

Your feedback is important, what do you use the report to check? What changes would you like to see? e.g. Task speed: Total units ÷ Total crew hours = Compare plants per hour across crews completing the same task.
