How To: Assign Rows

Once users have selected Assign Rows as their tracking type users can follow the steps below:

Each heading has the (Screen Name) as it appears in the Job Menu at the bottom of the Tablet Screen for reference.

Manage Crew (Attendance)

If Crew Attendance has not been taken in advance, manage crew present and absent before you start tracking.

To Track an Assign Rows Job (Progress)

  1. Tap the Row

  2. Tap the Name(s) of the crew members working the row

If more than one crew member is added to a row, the row units are automatically divided evenly between each worker

To Edit Row Units Assigned (Progress):

  1. Tap the Units on the Crew Member Assigned

  2. On the next screen Edit the Units

  3. Press SAVE AND CONTINUE

To Start Crew Mode (Progress):

  1. Tap the Open Lock Icon → lock_open_24dp_314750_FILL1_wght400_GRAD0_opsz24.png ← this will start Crew Mode and the icon will change to → lock_24dp_314750_FILL1_wght400_GRAD0_opsz24.png

The In Job Menu will be replaced with these buttons to switch between blocks easily
  1. Use the Crew Mode Progress Buttons, to quickly switch between blocks

This mode is available for Jobs that are tracking a task across multiple blocks. It allows users to quickly switch between blocks without asking to “Save and Continue” for each block on the job, or add Block Notes for unworked row while the Job is still In Progress.

To Check Contract Hourly Rates while Job is In Progress (Pricing):

  1. Make sure Row Assignments are APPROXIMATELY correct/current

  2. Navigate to the PRICING screen

  3. Correct Start Time if needed

  4. Add Current Time to the Finish Time

  5. Add Unpaid Break if it has occurred

  6. Hourly Rates for Crew Members will update based on the units assigned so far, and the times entered.

  7. TO RESUME TRACKING - tap PROGRESS in the Menu Bar

To Navigate Between In Job Menu Screens:

  1. TO MOVE BACKWARD: Tap the Screen you would like to view in the Menu Bar

  2. TO MOVE FORWARD: Save & Continue is required so that changes are not lost
