Problem

Clients/Locations/Blocks are not up to date in Tātou Field

Solution

  • Open the menu and select ‘reload data’—this will load the download options; choose the clients and/or locations you require

  • If the data is still incorrect, call your office administrator—they may need to check your permission settings
