Important Notes:Financial → Hourly Rates: Selecting this option means that Office App Users with this permission are able to see: Hourly Rates on Job Summary and Timesheets When that Employee also has “Employees” permissions, they are able to see individual Employee Hourly Rates that are included in Employee Profiles.
Administrative → Employees: Selecting this options means that Office App Users with this permission are able to review Employee Information loaded in Tātou. Divisions: Divisions can be used to restrict view of certain information from groups of users based on organisational structure. Restrict to Division means (clients, locations, tasks, or employees) means that this information is not visible to people below that specific division. Employees in the same division are able to see information above (if not restricted) and below them based on their permissions settings.
