What is a Permission Group?
A Permission Group is used to grant employees specific access to the Field App and/or the Office App. When Employees are added to a Permissions group they are able to interact with and view Tātou only in the ways allowed for that Permission group.
Permission group is not the same as a Group
What is the difference between a Role and a Permission Group?
Roles can affect the rate paid to an employee, or their ability (or lack of ability) to complete certain Tasks. Permissions Groups designate what users can view, change, add, edit, etc. in the Field App and/or Office App.
What is a Division?
Divisions are an organisational tool to help users of both the field app and the office app see what is relevant to them. Divisions are not a required setting, but can be very useful for certain users.
