Here are a few common mistakes that are made when setting up and syncing a job:
Before you start a job
Check these are correct:
Date
Task
Client, Location, Block
You cannot change these details once you start a job, so check before you start.
Before syncing a job
Are the right people in your crew? To change this, edit the job and choose the option 'Attendance'.
Have the right people been assigned to the right rows or tags etc? To change this, edit the job and choose the option 'Progress'.
Are the rate type, unit rate, and start/finish times correct? To change this, edit the job and choose the option 'Pricing'.
After syncing a job
If you notice any mistakes, call your office team. They will be able to edit anything e.g. date, task, rates etc
