Here are a few common mistakes that are made when setting up and syncing a job:

Before you start a job

Check these are correct:

  • Date

  • Task

  • Client, Location, Block

You cannot change these details once you start a job, so check before you start.

Before syncing a job

  • Are the right people in your crew? To change this, edit the job and choose the option 'Attendance'.

  • Have the right people been assigned to the right rows or tags etc? To change this, edit the job and choose the option 'Progress'.

  • Are the rate type, unit rate, and start/finish times correct? To change this, edit the job and choose the option 'Pricing'.

After syncing a job

If you notice any mistakes, call your office team. They will be able to edit anything e.g. date, task, rates etc
