The Settings
page is where you can set organisation wide settings, rules, rates, entitlements, that become applicable to other system features.
Key Features:
Jobs and Timesheets:
Kiosk Time Rounding: For Kiosk users to set a time window for rounding scans to the nearest __.
Allowed Rate Types: Set allowed rate types for your organisation.
Default Rate Type: Set the default rate type for when new Jobs are created.
Divisions: This affects how Jobs are assigned to a Division only IF your organisation uses Divisions

Additional Costs: This is where you can add or edit % values that can be applied to employees for things like:

Holiday
Entitlements: relating to minimum hourly rates, contract top ups, and paid rest breaks, this is where you set organisational standards to automate these rules for reporting and payroll.
