Exports Page

The Exports page is the landing page for exporting organisational information stored in Tātou.

Pro Tip: Exports with “Bulk Import File” listed are formatted such that they are compatible with Bulk Import features on their respective pages.

Use Caution: When Bulk Importing Data as there is a possibility of unintentionally overwriting important information. Contact support@tatou.app for more information on Bulk Uploads.

Clients (including locations) Bulk Import File	TatouExport - Location.csv
Clients (including locations and blocks) Bulk Import File	TatouExport - Block.csv
Clients (including locations, blocks, and rows) Bulk Import File	TatouExport - Row.csv If there is no row data for a block the Client, Location, and Block will not populate on this report.
Employees Bulk Import File	TatouExport - Employees.csv
Employee medical records	Date Range Filter Available If there is no data for employees during the filtered date range, no information will be reported.
Equipment Bulk Import File	TatouExport - Equipment.csv List of all Equipment and Supplies loaded into Tātou Office App.
Expenses	Date Range Filter Available. TatouExport - Expense.csv List of all Jobs where Equipment and Supplies have been added.
Invoices	Date Range Filter Available. TatouExport - Invoices.csv List of all Invoices created
Jobs	Date Range Filter Available. TatouExport - Jobs.csv
Projects	Date Range Filter Available. TātouExport - Projects.csv
Scheduled tasks	Date Range Filter Available. TātouExport - Sc.cs
Tag scans	Date Range Filter Available.
Tag scans (including employees)	Date Range Filter Available.
