What is a Custom Report?
Custom Reports were created to allow users to create tailored reports to fit organisational requirements. These report can be created pulling information from Jobs, Timesheets, or Payroll information.

What is the difference between a Report and an Export?
An Export is used to pull the base information from your account - things like Employees, Clients, Tasks, etc.
A Report is used to pull information created with Tātou - things like Jobs, Timesheets, Payroll, etc.

Why does my Client Export not show all of my Clients?
There are 4 different Client related Exports, if a Client does not have information loaded for the level of the export selected information will not show up on the report. For example running an export for:

  • Clients (including Locations, Blocks and Rows) will only have information if there are Row Information loaded into Tātou for a Block. If there is no Row information for a Block, the Block will not appear on the Export.
