Here are a few common mistakes that are made then setting up and syncing a job:

Before you start a job:

  1. Wrong attendance, task, client, location, block? These cannot be changed so check before you start

Before syncing a job:

  1. Wrong crew members? Edit the job and choose 'Attendance'
  2. Wrong rows? Edit the job and choose 'Progress'
  3. Wrong rate type, unit rate or times? Edit the job and choose 'Pricing'

After syncing a job:

  1. Wrong date or times? Call your office team to change
  2. Wrong unit rate or units? Call your office team to change
