Projects
A Project is a group of tasks of your choice designed to help managers track progress, work completion, and budgets associated to those tasks.
Key Features:
Budget Tracking: Enter your budget for the project, and as work is completed compare actuals to budget.
Progress Tracking: Creating a project ahead of work completed means any job completed contributes to the progress of that project, so you can keep on top task completion.
Bulk Schedule Tasks: Planning ahead? You can create a project based on tasks, clients, locations, blocks, and based on those details create scheduled tasks which can be assigned to your staff.
Link Jobs: Jobs can be linked to one or multiple projects retrospectively, and this data will be added to the overall project report.
Task Statistics: The widget on the right side of the project dashboard reports hours, cost per hour, units per hour, and cost per hectare based on the task selected to the left under Progress by task
Project Tabs: Quickly review scheduled tasks, jobs, and invoices linked to a project using this menu
Jobs tracked using Hours Only will not contribute to progress, as no units are measure to track progress against
