Problem
Crew won't update in Tātou Field
Solution
Open the menu and select ‘reload data’—this will load the download options; choose the clients and/or locations you require
If the data is still incorrect, call your office administrator—they may need to check your permission settings
Make sure employees have been assigned to the correct crew leader/supervisor and are active
