Employee Information Now in the Employment Period

Employment Periods have upgraded to hold more historical information by creating a home for information within an individual Employment Period that will be maintained even after the period ends.
The Upgrades
Specifically there will be better organisation and maintained historical information on:
Employment Agreements
Immigration Records
Recruitment and ATRs
Flight & Accommodations
Agreed Hours and Earnings
Pro Tip: For Organisations in NZ who are required to pay RSE workers based on the number of seasons they have worked - Employment Period Job Title can be a great way to keep track of employee experience.
The Past…
For reference the previous Employment Periods were restricted to:
Start and End Date
Season
Visa Upload
Flight and Accommodation
While uploaded documentation like Agreements to Recruit (ATR), Visas, and Employment Agreements were all maintained within the system, Agreed Hours and Earnings, Job Title (an by proxy employee development tracking) was free to be updated and much of the historical information around this was not easily accessible.
