Clients
The Clients
page is your starting point for loading information about the farms, factories, wineries, pack houses, etc you plan to track work at.
Tātou Terminology Review:
Client = A group of locations (properties).
For a Contractor: This can be a grouping of Client properties
For a Grower: you can use Client(s) to have:
All your properties under 1 Client - Your Organisation, or
Use Clients to group different properties based on your organisation’s management structure for example:
North Island Vineyards vs South Island Vineyards
or by Business Unit
Pro Tip - When deciding how to set up Clients, Locations, and Blocks - think about how you direct employees where to go. When Jobs are created in the Field App employees are asked to Select:
Client,
Location,
Block(s)
Before starting a Job, so these need to make sense to your employees, to ensure Jobs are accurately entered in the app.

Edit Client Information: Clicking the
will open the Clients Page where users can edit Client Information and displays a list of all Locations for that Client.
Client Status: Client’s can be set to ACTIVE or INACTIVE status. This feature allows users to remove Clients from view within the system either temporarily or indefinitely.
Client Access: Contractors can allow restricted access to their Clients, which allows Contractors to Review and Approve Jobs and Invoices. When Clients have been granted access a
icon will appear by the Client name to show they have access.
