Employee Profile Page
Whether you’ve created a new employee or need to manage employee details the Employee Profile
Page is where Tātou Office App Users can review and edit employee details.
Some Employee Profile information has been rearranged as a result of Tātou Office App’s improved Employment Period feature release.
Key Features:
Activity log: A list of Dates, Changes, and Editors populated when changes have been made to an employee profile.
Employee Status: Employee’s can be set to ACTIVE or INACTIVE status. Employees with:
ACTIVE Status: Are visible to Field App Users, can be added to Jobs, have time tracked, and depending on Permissions, can access Tātou Office App and/or Field App.
INACTIVE Status: When an employee leaves your company changing their status to INACTIVE removes their access to the app, and they will no longer be able to be assigned to new Jobs and Timesheets
Send Activation Emails or Set Passwords: Usernames and passwords can be created or activation emails sent from the USERNAME AND PASSWORD dropdown in the DETAILS Tab
Employee Information: Keep track of employment periods, visa information, training records, minimum hourly rates, top up requirements, etc.
Timesheets: Review an employees timesheets by Pay Period, review earnings information, and links to Jobs.
Training Records: Store information on training records and qualifications for your employees.
Link Employees to important Tātou App Features: Permissions Groups, Crew Leaders, Groups, Roles, etc.
Manage Employee Hourly Rates: And add upcoming Hourly Rate Changes for individual Employees
Hourly rates CANNOT be back dated. It is critical to ensure rates are correct when setting up employee accounts, and prior to tracking work for them in Tātou.
Information shown in each of the tabs and dropdown menus may not show the full extent of details that can be added. Click the Edit button to reveal all available fields.
Minimum Details Required:
Organisations may not decide to load data for each employee for every possible field possible in the Employee Profile.
However, there are a few required fields when creating any employee profile. Use the Tab Menu below to navigate between the different categories of Employee Details captured in the Employee Profile.
